Paper Importance

notebook open blank

Blank paper is meant to be drawn in. To be written in. To be a vehicle for something artistic.

As the digital age continues to evolve, I still see a world of writers keeping paper close by. Paper represents a physical presence of an expression. Even a blank page in front of my desk could symbolize a lapse in work. It could be viewed as a signal. It might symbolize that you need to get a word or two down right away. It does not have to be something on the screen to be saved and added to your hard drive space. Let the paper be the start of something new.

Have a blank page in front of you? Then find a pen and get to work.
