Last week I finally finished listening to a great interview podcast legend Marc Maron did with actor John Goodman. I stopped mid-workout at the gym when Goodman said the following. I am paraphrasing a bit because I may have mixed up two or three words.

“I like laughing, because if I am laughing it means I am in a good place”.

So listen. The news sucks and stirs negativity. The morning I write this, people are all over the place on Twitter talking about how they aged rapidly over the weekend. The news has been so rough to watch and read. I understand.

So take some time to laugh and bring yourself back to the good place you deserve to be in.
