Moving is chaos. No matter how far the distance. Routines change temporarily until they can be worked around the boxes and bits of a new place. What I’ve missed out on for physical workouts has been partially made up for in the moving process. Boxes and bins need to be moved several times. There is no great rush to get it all done right away.

The writing muscle can be worked in any setting. Previously there were easily available excuses due to moving. Being tired is the easy one. Moving will burn anyone out. If you work with words, then work with the words. Transpose that burnout into a workout. Make the nonsense make sense,

Repeat often.
